Дасланы тэкст мусіць быць дакладным, акрэсьленым, лягічна завершаным, спраўджаным на лексычныя, граматычныя і пунктуацыйныя памылкі. Усе факты, даты, назовы, што месьцяцца ў тэксьце, мусяць быць спраўджанымі і пададзенымі з спасылкамі на першакрыніцу. Рэдакцыя пакідае за сабой права рэдагаваць, скарачаць ці дапаўняць тэксты бязь зьмены іх сэнсу.
Матэрыялы дасылаюцца ў тэкставым фармаце (*.doc, *.docx, *.rtf). Назва файлу мусіць складацца з лацінскіх літараў і зьмяшчаць згадку пра назву і аўтара матэрыялу. Шрыфт тэксту Verdana, памер 10, інтэрвал паўтары піксэлі. На пачатку дасланага файлу аўтар мусіць пазначыць колькасьць словаў у артыкуле і наяўнасьць табліцаў, графікаў, дыяграмаў ці малюнкаў. Артыкулы прымаюцца ў памеры да 7000 словаў. Пасьля колькасьці словаў і пераліку табліцаў, графікаў, дыяграмаў ці малюнкаў аўтар пазначае назву артыкулу і сваё імя, а таксама зьвесткі пра сябе. Назва артыкулу ня мусіць перавышаць 15 словаў. Рэдакцыя пакідае за сабой права зьмяніць назву дасланага тэксту. Загаловак і падзагалоўкі мусяць вылучацца тлустым шрыфтам, ідэі і лацінскія тэрміны вылучаюцца курсівам. Пасьля загалоўку абавязкова мусіць быць лід (некалькі сказаў, якія сьцісла перадаюць асноўную думку артыкула).
Спасылкі мусяць быць зьмешчаныя згодна зь іх парадкам у тэксьце пасьля асноўнага тэксту на новай старонцы. Сьпіс крыніцаў зьмяшчаецца асобна ў альфабэтным парадку. Цытаты бяруцца ў двухкосьсі з абавязковай спасылкай на крыніцу. Табліцы, графікі, дыяграмы і малюнкі дасылаюцца ў асобным файле. У тэксьце аўтар пазначае іх месца і назву.
Article submissions to the Belarusian Review
A submitted text must be clear, exact, logically accomplished, free from lexical, grammatical and punctuation errors. All the facts, dates, titles, names and sources which appear in the text should be verified. All the sources should be provided. The Board reserves the right to edit, shorten or amplify the text, without changing its main idea. All the materials must be sent in a text format (*.doc, *.docx, *.rtf). The file name should consist of Latin letters and include the article’s title and the author’s name. The font required is Verdana (size 10, line spacing – 1.5). In the beginning of the file authors should indicate the number of words and the inclusion of any tables, graphs, diagrams or illustrations. Articles should not exceed 7,000 words. After the list of tables, graphs, diagrams or illustrations the author should put the title of the article, his/her name and brief information about himself/herself. The title of the article should not exceed 15 words in length. The Board reserves the right to alter the title of any text submitted. The title of the article and main text headings should be typed in bold, main ideas and Latin terms in the text should be typed in italic. The executive summary (several sentences which briefly convey the argument of the text) should be put after the article’s title. Footnotes should be numbered consecutively and typed on a new page after the text. References in the bibliography should be listed alphabetically by the author’s(s) name(s). When quoting, single quotation marks should be used. Reference to the source of quotation is obligatory. Tables, graphs, diagrams and illustrateons should be sent in a separate file(s). The author marks their title and place in the text.
