Ladies and gentlemen, dear participants of the Congress,
The Second International Congress of Belarusian Studies was held on 28-30 September 2012 and became a major academic event of the year. More than 350 scholars and guests participated in the Congress. They represented all main cities and academic centers of Belarus as well as 15 foreign countries. We thank you for your contribution to the Congress and look forward to meeting you next year!
We would like to remind that the results of the Second International Congress of Belarusian Studies will be published in Congress Working Papers.
The deadline for submission of papers is 1 January 2013. The size of text should be 5-7 thousand characters in Belarusian, English, Russian or Polish languages. The rules of paper submission can be found here:

Organizing Committee also offers a possibility to publish the results of Congress work as full articles (35-55 thousand characters) in Political Sphere journal and other partner editions. Political Sphere journal is included in several international academic libraries, e.g. Central and Eastern European On-line Library, and is referenced in International Political Science Association (IPSA) Abstracts.
