Please find our plan of the preparation of the Sixth Congress, which will take place on 7-9 October 2016 in Kaunas (Lithuania).
1. Call for sections and panels – 12 January 2016. Deadline – 20 March.
2. Selection of a preliminary list of sections – until 1 April.
3. Deadline of the call for individual applications – 20 May.
4. Selection of the final list of section based on the results of individual applications – until 1 June.
5. The distribution of participants by category – until 15 June.
6. Sending individual invitations – until 30 June. By 15 July the participants have to confirm their participation.
7. Finalisation of the draft program by the organising committee – until 10 August.
8. Proofreading and translation of the program – until 31 August.
9. Printing of the program – until 25 September.
